    AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

    We offer free standard delivery with Australia Post on all Australian orders over $150. Standard post means that your parcel will arrive to you approximately 1-5 business days after receiving your dispatch notification, which will include your tracking number.  Please note that deliveries to the eastern states take an average of 2-5 business days as orders are shipped from Perth.

    You also have the option of Express Post delivery with Australia Post for a flat rate of $12.  Express post means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 1-2 days after receiving your dispatch notification.

    All orders received before 3pm AWST will be processed and shipped the same day, while afternoon orders will be processed the following morning.  Please note that orders will be mailed on business days (Monday to Friday).  Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.

    Once your parcels have left Amāre they are then property of Australia Post.  Amāre are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However, if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact amy@amarethelabel.com.au if you experience any delays.

    CLICK & COLLECT

    You have the option of picking up your online purchase from our exclusive stockist ACO in Cottesloe, Western Australia.  Please complete your pickup requirements (name and contact details of the person collecting) in the field provided in your cart prior to check out.  

    Please note that our returns and exchange policy commences at time of purchase not on the date of pick up.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    We offer standard delivery on all international orders for $20 AUD. This can take approximately 5-20 business days depending on your location. We also offer Australia Post Express International shipping for $30 AUD and this will take approximately 2-5 business days. Please note that orders will be mailed on business days (Monday to Friday).

    Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of Australia Post, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.  Please contact amy@amarethelabel.com.au if you experience any delays.

    Please note that all prices on the Amāre website are quoted in Australian Dollars, and international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver.  Amāre are not responsible for any additional charges incurred for delivering orders internationally.     TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number (please check your spam/junk folder for your email in case it is treated as such). If you are unable to locate the tracking number in your dispatched email notification you are welcome to contact us at amy@amarethelabel.com.au.

    Please go to http://auspost.com.au/track to track your order.

    Please note that any spaces before or after your tracking number will make it appear invalid. Australia Post will only update the tracking status as it leaves Perth and then again when it reaches your nearest post office (generally the day it is delivered to you), therefore if the only entry says Perth, that means it is in transit to you.
